One architectural pattern, five products

Every one of these started the same way. I ran into a problem in production, watched an organization accept it as the cost of doing business, and could not let it go. A career spent across cybersecurity, data engineering, AI, IoT and enterprise go to market, including work at NASA and the U.S. Department of State, mostly taught me to recognise the same shape of failure in different clothes. These are not theoretical products. Each one maps to a documented gap I have stood in front of, with consequences I could measure.

Named platform products

One treatment for all of them. The name is the only thing that varies, and it signals which half of the system the product belongs to: Old Norse for the machinery, Irish for the human judgment it serves.

The Norns wrote destiny into a permanent record.

Maps any cyber log into validated OCSF output before it reaches your SIEM, using YAML templates, a pre-built library for common sources, and a web interface for anything custom. Every validated mapping strengthens the shared library.

Most normalization is buried inside the SIEM, so your schema is owned by a vendor and rebuilt every time you switch. Nornweave separates normalization from storage entirely.

A prophetic vision that reveals what is possible before it exists.

Crawls an organization’s systems, schemas and data state to produce an AI readiness map grounded in reality, then outputs a prioritized development roadmap with quick wins sequenced first.

Most AI assessments hand you a maturity score and a slide deck. Aisling produces a working development backlog derived from actual system and data signals.

Old Norse

To steer, to control, to hold course through uncertainty.

Connects to Modbus and common IoT protocols to build a structured operational database from device data, surfacing maintenance patterns, failure precursors and process drift. DMAIC, Ishikawa and 5 Whys are built into the analysis layer.

Most SCADA systems store data. Stýra interprets it. The gap between a historian database and an improvement engine is a signal to decision problem, not a sensor problem.

Stitch, grip and hold, simultaneously.

A material aware manufacturing platform for precision leather goods that characterizes each hide before planning, adapts cut paths and stitch parameters to measured conditions, and builds a traceable record for every bag produced.

Most leather automation solves the motion problem. Greim solves the material variability problem. Consistency is not a craftsman skill here, it is an engineered output.

A circular ring fort: protection, permanence, shared life.

A self sustaining subterranean community platform for roughly 400 residents with closed loop water, power, air, food and waste systems, built on a DMAIC planning framework.

Most resilience projects stockpile. Ráith produces. The system is engineered around throughput, not inventory, with every resource cycle feeding the next.

Old Norse names the thing that runs without you. Irish names the thing that carries your judgment.
